Are there any daily women's vitamins that aren't horse sized pills?

wow, I can't choke down the women's one a day, they are HUGE! Are there any multi-vitamins that are relatively small?

What specifically do you need from a "woman's" vitamin?
You can probably just take a daily chewable multivitamin (usually marketed for children) unless there is something specific you need. Even then you should be able to supplement with a smaller pill hopefully if something's missing.

I don't have any problem taking them, but i do have a problem keeping them down, they make me sick.

When I told my Dr this she told me that she takes two of her kids vitamins...one for each kid, two for her.

So, I started that, but in addition i take calcium and vitamin D as prescribed by her.

Oh, I can't think of the proper name.......Women's Once A Day????? Something like that. I remember it being a small coated pill (smaller than an aspirin).

I take something different so maybe they have made changes but I am certain you will get good answers here!

I don't know that I need a specific "women's" per say, guess I just thought they would have more calcium etc...??

I'm hooked on VitaFusion - Gummy Vitamins for Adults. :thumbsup2 They have a multi-vitamin, as well as specialized/specific types.

Costco sells them - but you can also get them on Amazon if Costco isn't convenient for you.

I've been taking them for about a year (multi, omega 3, CoQ10, and a b-formula) and I have to say these are the first vitamins I have taken for an extended period of time.

They are quite yummy as well :) I'm on Weight Watchers and I feel like I am actually eating candy each day when I take them.

Just be aware that they do have some calories (15 for 2 Multis) and a trace amount of carbs/sugars.

I totally recommend them to anybody.

Hope this helps,
Laura
