Are there 2 bedroom BW Views on the ground floor?

I hope not! We have gotten the BWV for our trip next year, and I read another post about the ground floor view. Not what I had in mind.

Does anyone know how many BWV room their are, and their locations?

Yes there are. We had one for our trip last year. We were where the old Sales Center was.

I think it may have been your post I read. I don't remember seeing those rooms...Was there any privacy? Did you have a railing around your patio?

If it's a concern, you could add a request to your reservation, something like "2nd floor or higher". Of course requests are just that, and there's no guarantee. There are probably not many ground floor boardwalk view 2BRs so it's not too likely you'll end up with one, but adding a request might give you a bit of insurance.

Actually we liked it quite a lot. We had the patio, then in front of that was a fairly deep garden that was always in front of the Sales Center, and then there was a railing. I think I recall a wall to the left side (probably the wall of Jellyrolls?) and also a wall a few doors down top the right past the small Sales Center that was still there. So really we felt like we were kind of tucked back in there. It's not like you are right up by the sidewalk. People would have had to work awfully hard to get anywhere close to our doors.

That doesn't sound bad at all. Anyday at Disney is a good day!

What about Jellyrolls? Is it noisy being on the other side of their wall?

We weren't on their wall. Our friends who were traveling with us had that one bedroom. They didn't say anything about it, so I assume it was ok.
