Are the teens in your town wearing PJs as clothes?

When I was in High School some people wore them on regular school days (I never did). We were even encouraged to wear them during finals or AP testing which took place in the very cold library for hours at a time. I wore them then. Hey you can't be bothered to be dressy after you were up all the night before and have to sit in one place without moving for any long length of time. They even told us to bring our own pillow to pad the hard wooden library seats with!!! In college it is more the norm to be comfy and scrubby than to be a super model. If I am at home for the day and am not going out, then you can bet I will spend it in PJs, lounge pants, or excersize pants and t-shirts. Some of my nicer ones are even good enough for fast food runs, grocery stores, walmart, and the video store.

I want it to be known however, that I have never worn a pair of loung pants with word written across my butt. I think it is really dumb looking to prance around with the words brat, princess, devil, or whatever across your bum!!

I think the first I saw it was a year or two ago in an LL Bean catalog. I put that in the category of the guy walking in front of me at school today with his pants below his waist and his underwear hanging out. I just wanted to go and yank his pants up!

I had a very basd habit of going to School in my PJ's BUt you gotta realize I had Pe first hour so I wasn't about to get dressed twice. I just brought clothes with me for School day and changed after PE. I wore regular Shorts and t shirt during class.

[color=0066ff]That was the thing at my middle school about 10 years ago. A lot of the boys had the pajamas with the Chicago Bulls logo. It was the shorts set not the long pants that they wore.
I'm guilty of it though. My sister got me this cute short pajama set that was white with orange and green pin stripes running down it and the Miami Hurricanes logo on the shirt pocket. We were both 'Canes fans at the time.[/color]

They've been doing it here for quite a few years now. What a surprise. We are usually the last ones to wear a style.
It is against all the schools dress codes now. I am not sure if they inforce it at the public scholos though. I have no PJ bottoms though...

And yes, Buz. I have a 15 yo nephew who does sleep in his clothes. My sister will let him do it and my parents are mortified.

I wear my Disney PJ bottoms (actually found them in the guys stuff) out all the time. I bought them to wear as pants w/ a tank or tee and they are very comfy, look better than alot of things I see people wear and I get alot of compliments on my "cute pants". And I'm long past high school.
