Are the menus the same in each restaurant?

I am wondering if the same food is served on the same night in each restaurant...I can't remember how it worked...I know the themes are different, but what about the cuisine?

The regular rotation restaurants each have separate and distinct menus...The exception to this would be a specialty theme night, such as Master Chefs Series, whereby the menu is the same at all restaurants....

AP- American themed?
PC- Caribbean themed
L/T - French themed

On a 7-night cruise, there are three nights with restaurant-specific menus and four nights when everyone gets the same menu, regardless of restaurant. Over the course of the cruise, everyone get each of the seven dinner menus once.
