Are the malls open on Christmas

I am curious since this is a tourist area or are the malls closed in Florida?

Mall At Millenia website states they are closed on Christmas day and close early at 7pm on New Year's Eve so I guess they are open for full business on the other days.

Lake Buena Vista Factory outlets are open on Thanksgiving and closed on Christmas.

Although not a mall, I was surprised that Downtown Disney was open on Xmas day. I suspect the same is true for Universal's shopping area as well but I haven't been there on Xmas day.

I think they are open because they are linked to a "resort" .. aka hotels, theme parks, water parks etc... were as a mall is a mall.. do I make any sence to you??

Lake Buena Vista Factory outlets are open on Thanksgiving and closed on Christmas.

The Florida Mall will be closed on Christmas Day...........and probably closing at like six the day before.
