Are the Love Bugs there?

Hi, i am considering my dates for next year for my DD's birthday, which is the last week of Sept. Are the Love Bugs always in September? We did a late September trip in 2010 and found out all about Love Bugs first hand and how terribly aweful it was having them swarming everywhere.

Yes they are here now. I only saw a few at my front door. Not a large amount right now but I don't have a lot of trees and bushes in my yard either.

I always heard about the love bugs, but never understood. We are in Panama City right now and the love bugs are awful! I hope they are gone from Orlando when we get there next month.

They have been around our house (in Celebration) for the past couple weeks...seem to be tapering off now and not bad at all this year.
