Are the lab "main events" gone?

Mike loved the bucket hat he got last year for attending all the "main events' I was looking over recent navigators though and did not see any Mickey ears which were last years indicator of a main event. Did they do away with that program?

They didn't have the "main events" on the 10/18 Eastern, but my DS got a bucket hat the last night in the lab. I think they passed them out to anyone who was there.

They didn't have anything like that last February when we sailed on the Magic. My boys did not receive any type of gifts in the club or the lab and they were there on the last night. Sounds like a nice thing though, too bad if they stopped doing it.

THey didn't have the main events in July either, but DD still received a t-shirt.

DD11 also received a bucket hat the last night of our 10/11 cruise. DS8 did not go to the lab that night and, therefore, did not get a hat (no biggie to him). DD said that they gave them to everyone. She had her new "cruise friends" sign the inside of her hat with a Sharpie pen.

We were on the Feb 8/03 Magic and DD received a t-shirt for participating in the finale show, and also received a bucket hat from the Lab that evening... I don't think there was a requirement to participate in a particular number of activities, just those who were there the last night received them....
