Are the Dream Team out at the Partys?

Just wondering if you grant wishes at the Halloween Party??

The Dream Squad is in the park during the parties, but prizes for the Disney Dreams Giveaway run only until 5PM (see the official rules), so no prizes could/will be handed out during them. Though, of couse, there's chances for magical moments and getting to chat with someone.

In March we went to the Pirate and Princess Party and while we were waiting for the Fireworks to start 2 Cast Members came up to ask if there were only 2 boys in our group. I said yes, my son and his cousin. Then they took out two light up swords and told them the only way they can have them is to have a sword fight with them. My son was in thrilled the smile on his face was priceless. It might have not been a YOMD win but it was to my son.

I visited with two Dream Squad Members during a Pirate and Princess party.They told me that the reason prizes are only awarded from 9-5 is because ALL four parks have to be open when prizes are given out.Since Animal Kingdom sometimes closes at 5:00,the give-away-hours were set at 9-5.
