Are the DCA and DL FP machines connected?

I did a search and LOTS of threads came up. DD is there and wants to grab a FP for RSR but is holding one for Space.

There haven't been reports indicating anything has changed, so at this point, the two parks still remain disconnected from each other. So you can have a Space FP and then immediately hop to DCA to get an RSR FP (or vice-a-versa).

Additionally, F!, WoC, Frozen at Fantasy Faire (DL), the A&E M&G, and the Olaf M&G are also disconnected from the park FP system and from each other.
