Are the CS pizzas premade? Can you get them w/no sauce?

This is probably a weird question, but DD8 will only eat pizza with no sauce. I am wondering if we would be able to request that at someplace like Pizza Planet or Pizzafari. I am sure they are not custom made when you order, but I am trying to figure out if it is even possible for them to make one with no sauce or if they are just heating up loads of premade pizzas. Anyone know?
