Are the credits pooled or does each guest only use there dining credits.

I’ve never done QS on the dining plan but from what I have read it’s no problem since you are not being individually served. Just keep in mind your booze will probably be a choice of wine or beer.

Lots of quick service restaurants let you get mixed drinks on the dining plan.
