Yes. There is a full bed in the bedroom that sleeps 2; bunkbeds that sleep 2; and a murphy bed in the living area that sleeps 2 more. The couch in the living are is a love-seat size....but a small child could sleep on it comfortably.

Sure is. If you generally use a caravan, then this will feel fine. The cabins are a "double wide" trailer park size, which is usually a few feet wider than a trailer than is pulled by a car or truck.
