Are the boards loopy?

I have rebooted, but the boards seem to still be acting strange. Nothing seems to be updating. I'll click on a thread with numerous replies, and all I see is the original post. I know it's late and it is <i>possible</i> that I could be imagining all this, but I don't think so.

Anybody else experiencing this?
