Are the AoA suites really getting worn?

i was reading AoA reviews on TripAdvisor and it seemed like the last few reports of AoA suites were that they have dirty carpets, poor mousekeeping, and just overall are getting really worn. We were thinking about a Nemo suite in Jan, but for about $700 more we can do SSR 1 bed villa and get the extra room we would like and a nicer resort (if AoA is not so great). I think our boys would like AoA better in terms of the theme, but I don't want thin walls, dirty, etc. I like to have something comfortable to came back to after a busy day of touring.

We stayed in a Lion King suite a few weeks ago and we did not notice any problems inside the room. It was as clean and upkept as ever. We saw some same dings in the hallway. It is now a 5yo resort that hasn't been refurbished yet, but we've never had a room with problems there.

Haven't stayed at AofA but your kids will love SSR! Great community hall for crafts and games. Pools are fabulous. Great quick serve dining. Walk to Disney Springs. Peaceful. I've visited AofA and it is loud and chaotic. People everywhere. You cannot compare it to SSR which is superior in every way. You are trying to compare a deluxe and a value. Deluxe wins.

I just stayed in a Lion King suite in July. The only thing that was overly worn was the couch. It was sagging and had worn out arms and a lot of stains.



The rest of the room was in good shape and housekeeping refreshed it well.

Just stayed in Nemo suite. It was very clean and not worn at all.
