Are Swan/Dolphin & Hilton included in EMH?

A travel agent told me that she thought Swan/Dolphin and Hilton were NOT included in EMH. I thought I read some where they were. Can anyone confirm one way or another?

I think so - they are paying WDW for the right. oh the HH is the DD one only.
