Are Superhero shoes the same as HM shoes?

Superhero shoes are more like boots than shoes. They're not the same thing, I'm 99% sure (can't check because I'm on my mom's character trying to win the baseball hat for her; I'm actually typing in between fireworks rounds, LOL).

The black or dark gray HM shoes are shiny like the superhero boots, but the boots are tighter so the feet don't look as clunky.
