Are Special AP Rates Offered for CBR?

I understand that whenever special AP rates are offered, you need to be open with regards to which resort you decide to stay. I’m considering purchasing APs with the hope that when we return August ’09 (value season), a special AP rate will be available that will include CBR. Has anyone NOT been able to book the CBR whenever special AP rates are offered? Does Disney usually come out with special rates for AP holders during the August value season?

aug and sept - are pretty wide open.

the kids in the south are back in school - so most of the visitors are out of country or up north.

but will be able to tell you more this year.
