Are seminars for adults only?

I was looking at some of the navigators here, and I saw one that would be really interesting to take my daughter to "How to have beautiful hair." However, she'll only be 10 during our cruise and I'm not sure if children are allowed to attend or if it's an adult-only thing.

The statement in the navigator is "Experience activities and pampering reserved exclusively for guests 18 years of age and older." This does include seminars.
