Are Saturday Mornings at MK Still Really Crowded?

With the new EMH schedule it looks like Saturday morning is no longer an EE day. Is it best to still avoid Saturday at the MK even in the off-season?

I know the general rule was to always avoid MK on Saturdays but with late EMH being on Friday night I thought maybe at least Saturday morning/afternoon might be a little less crowded?

They still say a lot of locals go to the parks on the weekends. So, I'm not sure if the MK Saturday crowds have changed recently.

We went this past saturday at opening and had little or no wait...At about 12:30 it got busy and we went back to the hotel for a bit before hopping to MGM. The night before was EMH for MK so we thought it helped Saturday morning not be so busy.

We were there Saturday June 18 and I thought the crowds were much lighter than other days. I think with it NOT being an EMH day and the fact that the night before was an EMH contributed to the lower crowds.

Avoid MK on an EMH day though. If it is an am one, go in the am then leave. If it is pm, don't go at all. We found the crowds to be very large!

We love MK on Saturday mornings.....probably shouldn't give away our favorite secret. When we first started going to WDW we planned a week long trip for a Sat-Sat so it was check-out day for us. Now we always plan to hit MK on Sat. mornings and it has worked out great. For our recent trip )7/10-7/17) the evening EMH was at MK on Fri night so perhaps people were just plain tired on Saturday morning. I think most mornings are good at the parks in general.
