Are Santa's presents wrapped or unwrapped under the tree?

we (ME) wrap everything.....even all the candy in the stockings. i also use "special" paper that is only for santa presents.

my dd just turned 7.....last year at just turning 6, says to santa at the mall "i know your not real"....i about cried! then she goes on to say "the real santa is at the north pole getting ready, youre just his helper" :rotfl2:

At our house, we open presents from the family on x-mas eve. Then Santa brings his presents (already opened and put together with all those nasty stickers and pieces that don't go together and directions in every language but not understandable in any.......deep breath, okay) and they are unwrapped.
One tradition that we have is that my Dad and stepmom (nana and papa) open on x-mas day, so when we're at home (ie. not at their house), we leave nana and papa's presents until morning after we do Santa. Reduces the clutter and confusion slightly and "prepares" the kids for the fact that when we're at nana and papa's we don't open until Christmas day.
