Are restaurants closed on some days

As I continue to obsess about my plans, I read in the UG that Kona is not opened on Sundays. (Actually it listed hours for Monday-Saturday, but not Sunday). Is this Sunday omission a mistake is Kona (and other restaurants) closed on some days of the week? How about closed during slower parts of the year.

Disney restaurants are open 7 days a week. I am not sure tha V&A's is open 7 days though, they may have a down day. The downtown disney hotel restaurants do have days they are closed, usually mondays and sundays.

In the off season the only thing I have noticed different is the food courts in the value resorts don't open up as many food stations..many of the wonderful items are not offered.

Thanks webray! I had just perfected (at least in my mind!) my schedule for the week (and getting very close to the 90 day window) and changing the day of our Kona dining was really going to send my into a tailspin.

I know that Citricos (Grand Floridian) is closed on Monday and Tuesday.
