Are Poly Concierge Rooms Any Different Than Regular?

Just wondering if they're decorated or laid out any differently than the non-concierge rooms.

However, don't forget that they are smaller than the rooms in the newer longhouses and just have a single sink in the bathroom (double sinks in the newer longhouses). Plus, second floor rooms do not have balconies.
