Are PIN codes attached to a name or an email address?

I was going to call to see if I have one but like a lot of people here, I have signed up for the WDW site with multiple email addies. If that's the case, then I just give them all the different addresses? Or is that a no no?

PIN's are attached to names and addresses. If you call I think they usually check by address first because last time the CM had already checked my wife's name as well before I even asked. Good luck!

When you call to check they can only check by name and address not by email address. Have you moved recently or in the last five years? Check the old address too.
