Since Wednesday I noticed that Disney+ seems to be having troubles lately and I cannot tell what's going on. Every time I try to watch Disney+ it tells me that I have to sign up and it goes to the sign in screen and not only can I not access it on my TV but on my mom's phone and I seem to think that Disney+ is having glitches or was hacked? When I tried to see Disney+ on my mom's phone it told me to sign up and we had to reset passwords and everything else and I would like to know why this is happening?

That happened to me yesterday as well. The browser worked fine, though.

App on both my phone and Roku have required logging in and setting a password several times starting on Wednesday, and I wasn't able to log my PS4 in at all since then. I can understand trying to make it difficult to share an account, but this is really too annoying right now.

What could possibly be happening with Disney+? I wish that this didn't happen because Disney+ worked fine last week and now since Wednesday I got the log in screen again and I wonder if people are gonna have to start logging in each time they use Disney+ when they want to see it. If you have any more info let me know Dizanimator

It's not just Disney+. We are having ongoing issues across Disney+, DisneyWorld.com, DVC website, MDE/MDX etc. I called Disney tech about it. They didn't say much except they would open a ticket. We keep getting asked to reset passwords (three times in last two weeks) across various platforms due to either non-use or suspicious activity. The non-use is obviously not it because we're on daily. So I think there are some bigger IT issues going on behind the scenes.

I think it's just an app issue. Was on the browser version of the site this morning and it worked fine.

I waited until I was not being prompted to log in every time I went to Disney+, and now have all the devices logged in that were logged in before the weirdness happened. Not sure what caused it, but I'm glad it seems to be over.

I’m having this same problem now and going crazy! Was at DL last week and several times a day (each day!) it would ask me to reset password on the DL app while I was at the park. Same problem with disney+. It keeps saying suspicious activity.
