ARe others having problems with cancelling online ressies?

Its been like a month and everytime I go on disneys site to cancel my reservations it says they are having problems and cant display them. Even if i enter the confirmation code it doesnt bring them up. Normally i would just forget about it but a few have had credit cards put on them. I have no desire to struggle with a phone person to cancel these, are other people having any luck? If worse comes to worse I will call them after the fact and get them to refund me the money they charge because I anticipate that will be easier than sorting through all my confirmation codes in an attempt to figure it out with the phone rep in advance

Had a problem cancelling an ADR this past week. Called, they answered in a minute or less and resolved the issue within two minutes. Try it, it works well.

I just cancelled one this morning with no problems.

I've cancelled mine online with no problems. Logged in after and none of the cancelled ressies are showing up.

my ressies will not show either , Just wondering if it is because I made them at the 180 + 10 . My ressie is not even showing my ground transportation

Try searching for them. I had to do that with the one I made over the phone.

I also had problems about a week ago - none of my reservations other than hotel showed up under my account. I tried searching with my confirmation number and they still could not be retrieved. I read somewhere that firefox sometimes has problems displaying the reservations and to try internet explorer, clear out the cookies and try again. It ended up working for me - but perhaps that was just a coincidence and Disney got their reservation site up and running?

I successfully canceled a reservation last night and all of my ADRs are showing up today.
