Are mugs eligible for the TIW discount?

We are staying at ASMu and thinking of getting mugs. We will be using my TIW card to pay for our meals and wondering if we would also get the 20% off the mugs.

Yes the discount is available on the initial mug purchase

It's only valid in places like Pop and All Stars where they don't have a TS restaurant.
