See I don't complain in the winter. I like the cold. So I'm allowed to complain in the summer about the heat! I've already chugged a giant Gatorade and half a giant nalgene. I'm miserable.

I like colder weather more, you can always add clothes or blankets, but there is only so much you can take off in the heat...

Fran wants to see lots more homes before we put in an offer, there aren't a lot of one story houses with this amount of square footage. The one she doesn't like has a couple step downs. I like it better although it isn't in a neighborhood we want to live in (no Ralph's grocery stores in close proximity) and far from the water.

I hope it doesn't go away while we are gone. It has been on the market since March. I really want it. I wish she realized it is a total gem and we should just take it. There isn't anything else out there like it.
