Are later MVMCP worth it?

So, I've done MVMCP before, and was considering doing it again for my trip in December with my BF. However, our dates are now the 14th to the 22nd, so we would be there a couple days after the last party when Holiday Wishes, the Christmas parade, etc are shown everyday.

Has anyone gone during this time frame? Was MVMCP worth it? Since you can seeing most of the extra entertainment with regular park admission, I feel like I would basically be paying 120 bucks just for M&G and cookies

The question I would ask is what do you hope to get out of the party?

If you want to attend strictly for the parade, fireworks, and characters, I personally wouldn't bother.

We go for a different reason. While all the families wiith small kids are crammed into main street and castle area, we are riding all the rides!! Literally 75% of the people in attendance are crammed into one area. The rest of MK is pretty much empty, with most rides being close to walk on. We went on Dec. 15th last year and rode every single ride we like at MK a couple times over in a 3-4 hour time frame. We aren't rope drop people, so there is no other time when we can go crazy on the rides like that. We will do it again this Dec.
