Is Disney allowing folks with on-site July hotel reservations to make their Fast Pass Plus selections?

Yes for us. We have a reservation beginning July 10, and I was able to make our FPs at the 60 day mark.

Yup, I booked mine for a July 13th trip (and Slinky Dog Dash was all booked out for 60 + 2)!

We booked for our July 11 trip and everything was available.

As has been answered, yes, the 60 day onsite or otherwise eligible FP benefit has been continuing as is through this whole thing (even as the parks have been closed).
