Are hours subject to change?

I am going December 16-22 and while I know it's not as busy as the week after I heard it can get pretty busy this week which leads to my question. I saw the current hours for the parks (which included EMH) and was wondering if they might change them to later hours when we get closer to the date of arrival. Thanks in advance.

Always!

So you think there's a good chance they'll push hours later? I'm curious cause I wanted to do one late night in EPCOT but the only evening EMH they have the week I'm going is the night I'm doing MVMCP

Typically it is the hours for MK and DHS that see the most changes. EPCOT and AK not as much, but anything is possible.

For what it's worth, the hours at AK just changed for us in October. They are staying open later. From what I understand (what I learned tonight, that is :) )
if the hours change it will either be to extend hours (more common) or add EMH in the mornings (rare?).

Hopefully someone will come along to confirm this! I guess the trick is to be flexible! (That's me, Flexible like Gumby) :rolleyes2

What site did you see this on? I'm there the end of Oct. Was planning on making that an early night for us but I'm kinda stoked to have more time for the Wilderness Explorer club. Plus I've never ridden EE in the dark and I wanna! =)

While NO calendar is (or could be) 100% accurate, the WDW Travel The Disney Travel Agent Calendar
is consistently the earliest-listed and best-maintained (frequently updated) of all of the on-line calendars.

1- That is the far more common situation, but ANYTHING is possible at WDW.
(As, they DID just change many of the EMH dates through the end of 2014.)

2- That... and keep checking every single day up to (and DURING) your trip.

A few weeks ago the hours changed for our November trip so now I'm watching the travel calendar to make sure of any future, changes ... Example November 18 was originally scheduled for late night magic hours, now no late magic hours that night and this kinda of threw off my plans. So not only can the hours change they do for sure ... and you gotta just roll with it : )

I was there December 17-23, 2011. During the last few days they did extend hours at MK & HS. In both cases, they came on the park announcement system to state that the hours were being extended those evenings & what if any extra parades & shows were being added. I can't be positive if they made the announcements at the other parks or not. So, I'm not sure if you'd know about the extended hours unless you happened to be in that park or asked a CM that knew.

Sorry so late in replying: I saw it on easy WDW. Haven't checked the WDW site yet, but his stuff usually pans out.
