Are FPs available during MM?

No. None of the FP machines are open until regular park hours. With the exception of Soarin and WOC at DCA which opens at 9:30AM. But those are open for everyone. And WOC FP machines are open before 9:30 for hotel guests.

To amplify slightly, there were quite a few people that with 10-15 minutes left in MM, got in line at the ST FP machines. It's a good way to get the ST FP with a quick return time (helps with gathering more FP over the course of the day).

So the machines weren't operative until opening time, but it was great to get the FP quickly, before the giant mobs of people got there.
