are enhanced fast passes still offered by ANY travel co?

am planning a trip to disneyland for my daughter's 10th birthday - does anyone know if any travel company still offers the enhanced fast passes and any ideas to make a 10th birthday extra special?

The enchanced fp feature was removed from AAA packages because Disney wanted to be able to promote that feature as a Dream Prize in their YOAMD promotion. So, the only way to get it is by receiving a dream fastpass lanyard from a Dream Team CM.

When are you going? I would suggest F! balcony seating or Discover the Magic Tour, but neither are available currently.
