Are EMH always 3 hours?

Are the EMH always three hours in the evening and 1 hour early opening? Or is it up to 3 hours at night?

Everything I've seen looks like 3 hours in the evening and 1 hour in the morning.

And in reality you get more than 3 hours at Epcot because Future World, which usually closes at 7:00pm, will stay open to bridge the gap between regular hours and EMHs.
