Are Egg Substitutes available for most breakfasts?

Has anyone ordered an egg substitute (Egg Beaters, Egg Whites) at breakfast? Do you have to give prior notice to the restaurant or can you order right at the table?

Yes they serve egg-beaters at the Kona Cafe for Breakfast. I had there ham & cheese omelet there last month with EB and it was really good.
