Are disney advance refundable if purchased from a disney store?

No, they will not take returns on park tickets.

Sorry, no. And the cast discount on tickets really isn't all that great. Depending on what her position will be she might be able to get you in for free a couple times, but the actual ticket discount isn't all that much.
