Yes, Captain America and Thor are meeting guests in Tomorrowland, across from the Innoventions building. You get in one line to meet both characters. I saw them out there during the weekend.

Where did you see conflicting reports? They are out in Tomorrowland under the old People Mover platform

Kenny the pirate and others around here said they no longer meet as of April I read it many times.

Are their lines usually long?

Thor and Captain America used to meet guests in Innoventions and that area did close down at the end of March. So there was a period when they were no longer meeting guests (late March to mid-May(ish)). However, sometime in last few weeks, they were re-introduced into DL and now meet guests under the old Peoplemover platform in Tomorrowland. So it's not so much a matter of conflicting reports as it is a matter of old versus new information. They are fairly popular, so the line is on the longer side.

Glad they're still doing this. Hope to get some more pics next trip. I'm sad that Thor doesn't meet in the throne room, though. That place, with the presentation, was pretty amazing.
