Are bounce-back offers for same resort only?

Hey there - My next trip is in February but all the posts about MNSSHP has gotten me thinking a fall trip would be nice. If I get a bounce-back offer in February, does it apply only to the resort you are staying at? Or can you take the discount at another resort as well?

No it is not limited to the same resort. The offer may change at different periods of the year since Disney uses these offers to fill rooms that are empty.
