Are AP rates EVER offered during peak season?

Waiting for AP rates for Jan/Feb to come out but as we are going 02/20-02/25 (peak season) don't know if we can realistically expect to see AP rates offered for our trip. Do they ever offer AP rates during peak season. If so, how much is the savings generally?
