Are any worth eating twice in one week?

I would eat twice at:

  • 'Ohana (dinner)

  • Le Cellier (lunch and dinner)

  • I wouldn't eat at either location twice in one week

We have the opportunity to have dinner twice in one week at 'Ohana or dinner and lunch in the same week at Le Cellier. I assume some of the Signature restaurants are worthy of two visits, but would you have dinner twice at either of these?

I should mention we are also having the Fantasmic Package at H&V and dinners at CRT, Liberty Tree Tavern and Chef Mickey's. I'd love to eat at Boma or Whispering Canyone, but I'm afraid the food at Boma won't appeal to my wife (she's a meat-and-potatoes kinda girl) and it seems that WCC can be a very long dinner, maybe too long for a 2-year-old.

I would not, unless you are doing it for convenience or a specific reason. There are just too many good places to try. Although one vacation we ate twice in one week at Flying Fish because we enjoyed it so much.

I have to agree with the previous poster, there are just too many other places worth trying. We haven't tried Ohana's yet, but really enjoyed LeCelier. I still think one of the best, though, was Chefs de France. The food was very good, but we were seated right by the window during Illuminations and the weather was rainy, so there weren't people standing in front blocking our view.

Oh yeah, Boma might actually appeal to your wife. When my mother first told me about it I thought I wouldn't be interested in it at all, but after my wife and I tried it, it quickly became one of our favorite restaurants. Some menu items are unique, but many are somewhat meat-and-potato like. It's definitely worth a try, in my opinion.

LeCellier and Ohanas are both great places to eat, :rotfl: but I voted no! There are many great places to eat! why not try other places!

I voted no, but I would eat at Le Cellier twice if going for longer than a week. On our upcoming trip we will be eating a lunch and a dinner at Le Cellier, but we are going for 21 nights, so have plenty of time.

Talking about eating multiple times at a restaurant, our last trip, we were there also for 21 nights and we ate at Boma about 12 times on that trip, one dinner and the rest breakfasts (but we were staying at AKL so breakfast there was handy and we like TS dining). So I guess we ate at Boma more than once a week! 12 (times) x 3 (weeks) is 4 times in one week :scared1: gosh that shocked me :rotfl: But it is the best breakfast. So what I am saying is if you like a restaurant and want to eat there more than once, then go for it :thumbsup2

Both are quite popular. They do have there :worship:ers I do like LeCellier's very much, but 1 steakhouse a week is more then enough. There are so many other places to eat and I'd  to try them all. Done Ohana's 2 dinners, 1 breakfast don't think I'll return for a long time. Not crazy about all the dry meat.

We are eating at both of these places twice during our upcoming trip. We love them both equally.

We've definitely gone to some restaurants twice in a week. For example,

-While staying at Contemporary we ate at California Grill about 4 times during a 5 night stay
-While staying at Grand Floridian we had 2 meals at Citricos because we liked it so much
-We've done Artist Point twice in one week
-On Kouzzina's opening day, we had both breakfast and dinner there (both were good, but preferred breakfast)

But unless you're absolutely crazy about Ohana or LeCellier, I think Boma's definitely worth it. The dinner buffet has a lot of great choices, including lots of safe items, but it's definitely worth it. The menu has a huge variety, including some wonderful desserts (I love the bread pudding), and it could easily become a favorite.

I agree that Artist Point, Citricos, and California Grill are among the few restaurants I'd do twice in a week. I love all three, along with Flying Fish.:rotfl:

Last Sept/Oct I also did both lunch and dinner at Le Cellier and enjoyed it. I had the tomato stack appetizer, filet, and chocolate cake for lunch and duck 3 ways, scallops, and creme brulee for dinner and enjoyed both meals. I'm not a fan of 'Ohana though, so no way I'd eat there twice.

Did Le Cellier 4 times over 2 weeks at Christmas.

Doing it 3 times in August in a week.

Starlight Cafe we do at least twice for CS.

I voted Yes - for Le Cellier twice. At Le Cellier you have the option of choosing two different meals to eat. Therefore it would be two different experiences but the same restaurant. At Ohana's it is basically the same meal twice. I enjoy both restaurants though!

go to Ohana once. DD & I truly did not like it AT ALL. Gets my vote for most overrated restaurant on property, at least of those we've tried.

Le Cellier- I know I could eat 2 mushroom filets in 1 week, I think I could eat 7 in one week but I don't what to be greedy and not let anyone else get in.

I'm going for 5 days in May and I have 2 dinner reservations at Le Cellier! My fiance LOVES Le Cellier so I got us reservations for our first night there and the night before we leave. I would like to try somewhere else, but I know he'd be upset if I cancelled one so whatever, I love Le Cellier too, but I'd be happy eating there once in 5 days! :confused3 :rotfl:

we are going for 16 days,
and have Ohana 2 times (we enjoyed it last time)
1900 2 times
as for WCC it wasn't any longer then any other place I think it depends on how long you make it
we have the skillet and it all came out very fast
and the singing and stuff really entertains the kids
I just asked DH and he thinks from the time we sat to the time we had food was about 15 minute both times
Ohana is a longer dining experience to us

I actually eat twice at both these places and love the food.

We were in WDW for two weeks this past Christmas and we did not go to any restaurant more than once, excluding cs restaurants. With us being on the DDP It was easy to come up with a different place each night for dinner. Of all the 1TS restaurants though, I'd almost have to pick Ohana or Teppan Edo for more than one visit. It may surprise some not picking Le'Cellier, but I find this place the most overhyped and overrated place in all of WDW.

Teppen Edo is a must do with our kids too
they love the cooking show

I voted for LeCellier for lunch and dinner. As a PP said they are two dfferent menus, so it won't be like having the same meal twice. I eat a lunch and a dinner at Tutto Italia every trip.
