I am hoping the parks aren't tooo busy because of the event.
but we have been to 2-3 Disneyana Conventions at WDW and the parks never seemed busier during those weeks....;)

We are going to the WOrld next week but are not attending any pin events.....

We (myself, dh,dd,and3ds) plan on being at wdw, leaving in9 days. but have made my plans around epcot as we do not collect pins and its to tempting. Since I hear that so many people do collect pins I am also wondering who is going , how many green ribions I will see, and the total effect on the attendence of the parks. Any takers.

Well, there are a lot of us who will be there, but I guess I'm first to say so!

Missed my annual summer vacation to the world this year, just so I could attend the event!! It's my first, and the down-side is that there won't be a lot of spare time to enjoy the parks!! Since it is my first, can't tell you how much our influx will actually affect the "crowd ratio", but if you don't collect pins, at least you won't have pin lines to wait in!:smooth:

DH and I are comming down with 2 other couples. We will be doing the pin event but plan on plenty of other park time also. Havent found any lime green ribbon, but do have my DIS lime green pin on my lanyard. We will be looking!!

I'm only gonna be there Saturday! Not signed up for the Disney Pin Event but will be doing the GPAII. And I'm hoping to ride some rides with Sharon and Peggie/Not Darlene and Ramva and Kathryn and Lisa and whoever else is there. I'm so excited I can hardly type!
