Are all parks FP tiered?

Tried to search this........but I found something that said only HS and Epcot are tired, is that correct? So, I can technically schedule a FP for all the mountains at MK?

Yes, that is correct

It's possible that they have done that, but, when I was there (late January) MK was not tiered. However, Epcot is getting very tired. (Oops, I mean tiered. )
