Are all official ticket sellers sending out Universal Paper Tickets?

There seems to be a lot of discussions lately about the 8½ X 11 US tickets. Not the worst thing in the world and only a small inconvenience. If ticket vendors were to inform their customers that they aren’t sending real (traditional) tickets the “This is not what I ordered” feeling could be decreased. Recently my order from The Official Ticket Center sent standard tickets for WDW but large paper tickets for the UOR Parks. I imagine that some readers on this board would like to know...

Has anyone received standard Universal tickets from any of the official licensed ticket resellers recently?

Have you contacted the official ticket center?

Does it say on there that you are using that as your ticket, or if you exchange it?

This was sent in the mail with your WDW tickets?

Did not contact The Official Ticket Center because I was aware that others on this board had received them (vender sites not identified) and was already aware they should be taken directly to the park entry gate. Using them at the gate worked about as well as the standard ticket. Guests that use a lanyard with card holder could consider it to be a major problem. Rainy days and water rides could also become a challenge with multiday tickets. As far as exchanging them for a standard ticket, a few people have had some luck at guest relations, but most are directed to head to the park gate with their “Tickets”.

The WDW and Universal tickets were order separately and received separately.

The reason to contact them is to explain to them that they need to describe their tickets better. If you received the printout in the mail, what's the point of getting it mailed ba using their eticket delivery? They offer both, but if they are just sending you the equivalent of an eticket but making you wait, what's the point?

I know what has been described on the boards very well. But when pure there in person you have the opportunity to get firsthand info.

Wasn't aware that you'd already used the tickets; thought you'd just gotten them in the mail.
