Specifically, the lobster pasta at Flying Fish and the lobster at Narcoossee's?

And, is it still correct that you can get sushi as an appetizer at California Grill?

Generally, are there any limitations, besides things like sides or enhancements you pay extra for, on the deluxe dining plan?

There are limitations, especially at signatures. Those $140 entrees will be an upcharge.

Right, like adding lobster to steak at Narcoossee's is an enhancement and not covered, but the lobster-only entree? Is that covered? Same with the lobster pasta at FF, which is listed on the regular menu. Is there a place to find what requires an upcharge and what doesn't?

The twin lobster tails and the steamed lobster at Narcoossees are included.

I believe the rule of thumb is that any signature entree over $75 (typically for the true specialty Waygu and Kobe beef) is subject to a surcharge. There's only a handful of those out there at all.

Other things that may require a surcharge are the special "feasts" at Marrakesh and the four-course meal at Monsieur Paul - essentially, combination meals that go beyond the normal 3 courses.
