I was wondering whether my older daughter, who is considered an "adult" on the DDP, can order off of the child's menu at a CS place? If so, will her meal be deducted from our child CS credits (my younger daughter's), or from our adult CS credits?
Usually we hear this the other way around - people wanting to order adult meals with the kids' credits, which isn't the policy Disney uses.
Disney has a policy against this because the adult meals cost far more than the childrens' meals.
However, if someone using adult credits wants a child's meal, I don't see why you can't ask for that since Disney actually makes money on that deal - I'd bet, though, that you need to specify that you are ordering a child's meal but are paying an adult credit for it.
Disney policy is that you should not use child credits to order adult meals. Child credits are much less expensive than adult credits. You won't be able to order 3 adult meals if you have 2 adults and 1 child on your reservation. Honestly I don't know if you can order 2 child meals if you have 3 adults and 1child on your reservation. But since they're not losing money on the deal if you use an adult credit to buy a child meal, I'd ask the cashier if one adult credit can be used for a meal off the children's menu.
The OP is apparently thinking that if they order a meal off the children's menu for the older child, they'll deduct the credits that belong to the younger child. That might happen if you do not buy the younger child's meal at the same time. I'd suggest stating right off that the older child's meal is being bought with an adult credit.
OP - since you have 3A and 1C "credits" available on your plan, certainly order at least one Child's meal, doesn't matter who eats it, but be sure you don't need 2 or 3A meals to make everyone happy. Often there is greater variety on the adult side so even your kids might appreciate grazing.
Often pizza or burgers are on the adult menu, but not the kids. So while your 10yo may want the kids meal your 7yo may have her heart set on pizza and you'll be able to make them both happy.

That's my understanding as well, from last year anyway.
The "official" line is kids must use kid credits (and thus order from the kids menus, when available), but last year when I went to check on remaining credits on our last day I learned that they really have no way to delineate child's CS from adult CS credits (table service is a different story, I believe).
My bet would be they're completely interchangeable - so I doubt they would object if you chose to use an adult credit for a less expensive kids meal!

I was just there last week and on 2 occasions used 2 COUNTER service credits to get a large pizza in the restaurant of All star sports! You can only get a cheese pizza or pepperoni and cheese pizza
You order it at the far right counter and pick it up at the little take out window sort of thing beside the main area where you get you milk, drinks, spoons and stuff!
If you go to the food area you can use 2 counter.
If you have it ordered to your room it cost 2 TABLE service because it comes from an outside company not from the Disney food concession place !
