We will have 3 studio rooms booked and I looked at a map for room category’s and it was showing studios at the far end except the first floor. Is this correct ? We really don’t want to be at the very end.

I haven’t looked at the floor plan, but it may be that you’re seeing just dedicated studios. Don’t forget that a lockoff 2 BR consists of a studio with a connecting door to a 1BR. There are multiple of those.

As others have pointed out, there are studios throughout the Boulder Ridge resort, but most of them are lock-off. One tip if balcony is important, villa 4533 is a lock-off studio with no balcony. It is the only villa at Boulder Ridge with no balcony.

And there are only a couple of lock-off studios on the 5th floor. Other than that, they are sprinkled throughout the resort, though the dedicated studios are at each end of the "long" hallway plus a handful in the hallway behind the elevators on the 1st floor.

Thank you! If I were wanting to request rooms close to the wilderness lodge what would you suggest to request? I want to make the request short. Near lobby?

I agree with Brian…I would ask “near elevators”. There are villas behind the elevators that are physically closer to the main Lodge but no shorter walk since you pretty much need to come out near the elevators anyway.

Honestly, Boulder Ridge is such a small resort that there are no long walks to the lobby like you would see at AKV or BWV. Our last trip we were literally in the farthest villa (top floor, end of the long hallway” and the walk to the lobby was still a non-issue.
