There are lock off and dedicated 2 BR (around 78 dedicated, I believe). The dedicated are soon to be changed to 2 queens in the second BR currently they have a queen and double pull out

Kem330 is correct there are 78 dedicated 2 bedroom villas with (soon to be) 2 queen beds and 74 lock - off 2 bedroom villas with a queen and pull out sofa.
