Are 4 days onsite enough for December?

We are staying the 22-26 of December on site. That's 3 nights, 4 full days, we are staying off-site the first night (21st) since we will be getting to Orlando later in the day (doing Downtown Disney) and I do not want to spend $259 for a half day! Off site the 26 and 27. My question is will that be enough time to do and see everything in Universal?... especially since it is Christmas time! I know that it is one of the busiest weeks. If we stay onsite another night the price jumps nearly $100! Yikes! We are not doing Disney, strictly Universal and probably Aquatica the end of the week weather permitting! Are we crazy or can we fit it all in?

Honestly, having just got back from a weekend onsite stay, I would say 2 days is enough if you're staying on site.

Using FOTL, from 9:00AM to 10:30AM on Saturday, we had done the Mummy twice, Jimmy Neutron, Twsiter, Men in Black, Jaws and ET.

I think it is a perfect amount of time also! We are doing the same amount of nights over July 4th this summer. You will have plenty of time to see the parks in as relaxed a manner as you wish as well as to enjoy your resort! Universal should be beautiful at Christmas. Enjoy!!

It's cracking me up, how gung ho you are after your first Universal trip! Only because I was the same way last May when we tacked on a couple days to our WDW honeymoon to see Universal for the first time and came home ready to book our next vacation exclusively to US.
