Arabian Nights or Medieval Times?

I am considering doing a non WDW dinner show during my next trip in December. Has anyone been to Arabian Nights or Medieval Times? Which one is better? How is the food? I'll be going with my 4 year old. We have been to Dixie Stampede and enjoyed that a lot. Thanks in advance for any responses.

Definitely Medieval Times. We've done both, and enjoyed Medieval Times a lot more, both for the food and the show. The Arabian Nights show didn't really have a plot, and you'll get to see plenty of horses at the Medieval Times show.

We received the Arabian Nights tickets for free, and would have been disappointed if we'd had to pay much more than that to see it. Not worth $50/person.

I've been to a different medieval times and I loved it! We (a large group of college friends) went to the one in NJ.

Although I'm not quite sure if the 4 hour drive there and back was worth it... And that my future DH was angry at me because I turned him down for a date and was talking about the current bf the whole time.

Have a fun time!!!

I have been to Medieval Times about 8 times and only once to Arabian Nights. They were both good, but I LOVE Medival Times. It has more of a storyline to it and the decorations and theme is GREAT!

Well I haven't been to Medieval Times so I can't make a comparison but all I can say is that I thought Arabian Nights was wonderful if you love horses!

We visited Dixie Stampede at Easter and couldn't get over the amount of food you get (but no cutlery)! Well worth it for that alone but the show is also great fun too.
