AR or Canada vs USA Hockey

So if you could choose only 1 to watch tonight what would it be?
Would you watch the Amazing Race or would you watch the Canada vs USA hockey game. Our house it is a resounding YES for the hockey game.

It's ok the game starts at 7 Eastern time and goes till about 9 or 8:30 at the latest so the AR will still be on after that as it starts at 10 PM Eastern you should be safe.

I say, put two TVs side by side or get one of those TVs with the PIP feature ~ problem solved!

HOCKEY HOCKEY HOCKEY!!!!!!
We're big hockey people here. My mom grew up in a town in NH that at the time was called "Hockey town USA". Her Saturday nights were spent at hockey games. My stepsister and cousin play hockey and the rest of us are into throwing on the Monarchs jerseys and spending Saturday nights acting like idiots cheering on our favorite team.

Monarchsfan I know what you mean Saturday nihgts here are Hockey Night in Canada nights Mind you I have NHL Centre Ice so I can watch the HABS play as I hate the Leafs but it is tradition and I also know quite a few pro hockey players from playing with and against them and having an uncle that played inthe NHL.

Gonna be a great World Cup Tournement. Finland knocked off Czech Republic 4-0 last night. Tonight, USA vs Canada. Man, Its not even the Medal round and I am pumped up.

USA is older and has some questions on defense and in goal, although the goalies did play pretty darn good in the warm up games.

Canada has the best goalies in the world and alot of talent.

Would love to see a rematch of the 2002 Gold Medal with a different outcome. Perhaps a repeat World Cup Championship ala 1996?? USA all the way baby.

The hockey game is on at 4 PM here, so I'll watch it, then watch BB5 & AR. We have side-by-side picture, so we very often have a game going on the right side w/o sound.

Should be a great game tonight. Germany lost this afternoon to the Swede's 5-2 both German goals were short handed and Tommy Salo looked really shaky in net for Sweden they better get some better goaltending if they want to compete in the playoff rounds agains Canada and the US. The Czeks looked really awfull against Finland yesterday afternoon hopefully they can get it together before tomorrow night against Sweden. Can't wait for the game tonight.

Well, I've really gotten "into" college hockey much more than the pros in recent years ....so...I'll console myself in Hockey East this year...we have season tickets to UNH (DH's alma mater) where DD is a freshman this year....
