Aqua Trikes?

Aqua trikes on CC, your experences please.

Are they a lot like Peddle Boats?, you peddle like heck yet get no where?

I liked the aqua trikes. Once we got away from shore, the gentle waves helped move us along. We paddled out to the ship, and it was really a beautiful view.

I don't remember seeing these on CC. Are they new? Sounds like alot of fun. princess Snow, was there an age limit on these?

What is the cost of renting the trikes and what time limit?

The Aqua Trikes are found at Relay beach and Serenty Bay. They are $15. a 1/2 hour. I do not believe there is time limit, however it could it add up. But hey, your on vacation!

This was actually probably my favorite part of Castaway Cay. I took my daughter (she's 5 years old) on it with me and we had so much fun! She was too short to help with moving it along, but it wasn't hard to do with just me doing it. The view was so awesome! She was busy looking for fish (we never actually saw any, but she swears she did). I don't know what the age limit is, but they didn't seem too strict on the time limit. We were probably out there the whole 30 minutes.

I rented one for my daughter(12y/o). They had alot of fun except when they got stuck in shallow water. My son and I were in a kayak so we went to their rescue. They wanted to go closer to the ship but the bike was quite slow. They eventually tired an decided to head back to shore. They said it was fun but wanted to do a kayak or peddle boat next time.

You actually can get pretty far on them. If you are the only adult and it is hot out it is quite a workout for you, but they can be fun. I don't think we stayed out the whole 1/2 hour, but we had a great time.
